Beginning in June 2025, Ruchi will be serving our patients as a board certified Physician Assistant at our West End location. Her expertise, compassionate care and innovative approach to treatment perfectly align with our mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to families in our community.
A Strong Foundation in Clinical Excellence
Ruchi Dixit brings with her a wealth of knowledge and training in the medical field. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson-Broaddus University in West Virginia, a program known for its rigorous academics and focus on clinical preparedness. As a certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Ruchi is committed to delivering top-tier care to every patient she sees.
What makes Ruchi Dixit stand out even further is her Qbtech certification, which allows her to administer and analyze the QbTest—an FDA-cleared tool for the objective testing of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in both children and adults. This advanced capability enables her to diagnose and monitor ADHD with more precision, allowing patients to receive timely and accurate treatment that’s tailored to their individual needs.
A Special Focus on ADHD Diagnosis and Care
At VitalCare Family Practice, we recognize that ADHD is a condition that is often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked entirely. Ruchi Dixit is passionate about changing that. Her special interest in ADHD diagnosis and management stems from a desire to empower patients who may feel dismissed or unsupported in traditional healthcare settings.
Ruchi Dixit offers a holistic, evidence-based approach to ADHD care. Her treatment plans go beyond medication management and may include nutritional counseling, lifestyle changes and mind-body therapies such as yoga and meditation. Her well-rounded lifestyle and commitment to self-care mirror the balance she encourages in her patients’ lives.
