The experience began positively with the front desk staff, Emily and Emma, who were friendly and proficient in clarifying my insurance information. Kaitlyn, the medical assistant, was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my numerous inquiries with expertise. Dr. Shah was both reassuring and attentive, displaying remarkable patience while listening to my concerns. The entire appointment was managed with impressive efficiency, resulting in a minimal wait. Dr. Shah is amazing doctor the service I received was outstanding. He is very professional, respectful and sociable. I spoke with him about my problem, and he was patient and he listened. He expressed what the best option was for me. Dr. Shah always goes above and beyond to render help to all. I highly recommend him as a physician in this business. Kaitlyn, his nurse practitioner, is amazing and highly skilled, punctual and friendly. She is a great listener; she listened to my issue. Went in-depth to resolve the problem and moved expeditiously. Kaitlyn is open-minded and is considerate without being judgmental. My experience with her was top tier. Her professionalism is always excellent. Emma & Emily are great receptionists; they are professional, friendly and polite. They’re clear & precise on explaining information. These two ladies greet you with a smile and are always welcoming, which helps set the atmosphere. Also, they’re approachable if you need help. Their customer service is remarkable. God Bless.
This place is an exceptional choice for finding a family medicine practitioner. Scheduling appointments is easy, and wait times are reasonable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, while the medical assistants and nurses are caring and compassionate. The providers I have seen here have delivered superior care compared to my previous experiences, recommending treatments that my former providers did not, which has notably improved my quality of life. They are knowledgeable and always take the time to explain their recommendations and the reasons behind them. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I’ve never encountered any billing mistakes, and they work with my insurance to ensure bills are covered. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking high-quality care in a great environment.
From day one, this place and the people in it have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my insurance company and my personal health. Candi, Alexis and Missie have all been so kind and helpful. Dr. Shah must be one of the most understanding and compassionate doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. The personal connection to your patients and the, “I truly care about you,” attitude is overwhelming in this place and that’s much too hard to find these days. Thank you for everything you do. I have suffered from migraines for over twenty years, but have just been so resistant to getting medical help. I finally decided to seek help so I scheduled an appointment with Marianna Nutting at the West End clinic. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how friendly everyone at the welcome desk was and I hardly had to wait at all to be seen. Malaysia was personable and kind. Thanks to her, by the time Marianna came in the room (which wasn’t long at all), I was already at ease. Marianna asked great questions about my history and listened well. I felt like I could tell her how I really feel about my medical preferences without her getting annoyed at me. She was truly amazing. What’s even more amazing is, together, we found a solution that works! I am so glad I decided to give Vitalcare a try. I’m hooked.
I became a patient of this practice in August of 2022. I met Grace Beers for the first time and she made the BEST first impression. She made me feel welcomed. Grace is the absolute best there is. She takes time with her patients and listens. Grace Beers it just doesn’t get any better than her. Thank you for all you do!
I have been a patient for almost 2 years now and I am always impressed. Case in point. I developed a double ear ache overnight from a sinus infection I was fighting. I decided to walk in the next morning because the pain was still bad. Madi was the receptionist, and when I asked to see someone, she said they were booked solid that day but asked what was wrong. I told her, and she said to wait and let her see what they could do. I assume it was the office manager who came next and gave me a couple of options, one of which was a televisit in an hour. That worked better as I was able to see a doctor faster, get medicine prescribed faster, get on the medication, and get to bed. They could have let me walk out after saying they were booked up, but no, they asked what’s wrong and went the extra mile Thanks Madi for caring enough to ask what’s wrong and seeing what yall could do to help.
I cannot overstate how thrilled I am to have VitalCare as my primary healthcare provider. I have seen countless medical professionals over the years and VitalCare is truly one of the best experiences I have had. Dr. Shah, Erin, Mitra, and the rest of the staff and care teams there are absolutely fantastic. Even when busy, there is virtually no wait (in both the waiting and exam rooms). Dr. Shah explained things to me in a straightforward, helpful way. Erin was equally helpful, open to questions, thorough in her responses, and I felt completely comfortable with her, Mitra, and everyone else I had occasion to see. Thank you all, sincerely, for your comforting, open and empathetic approach to healthcare and your patients.
I want to compliment the staff for checking us in so quickly. This is a very efficient facility. I also want to compliment the team of Dr. Brooke and Keturah. Keturah skillfully and patiently worked with my two year old grandson to get his vitals. This patience was also displayed with Dr. Brooke who answered all of our questions and never seemed agitated with our requests throughout our visit. What I like most about this staff is their professionalism mixed with patience and kindness.
Dr. Shah has been my primary physician for over 10 years, is one of the most caring physicians and very knowledgeable. Dr. Shah and his staff are so caring and wonderful. Dr. Shah takes his time with you explaining things to you in a way that you understand, his demeanor makes you feel so comfortable like you’re talking to a friend that cares. After relocating from Florida, my wife and I needed to find a primary care physician in Chesterfield, Virginia. Dr. Shah was our choice and we are very happy with our decision. This doctor is exactly what we hoped for…..extremely efficient staff and his patience with our questions and his recommendations for our health care made us comfortable with our decision.
At 64 and with varying health issues since my teenage years, I have seen many, many doctors and Dr. Shah is the BEST. He is caring, insightful, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. My Husband is a very difficult patient and has never cared for any doctor but loves and respects Dr. Shah. He has just the right mix of knowledge, understanding, patience, a no-nonsense attitude and humor to have won over even my husband. We now live in Williamsburg and would drive three times that distance to see Dr. Shah. His staff is excellent as well. They are very pleasant and efficient and always know our names which make us feel like we matter. If you need a new practice Vital Care is definitely it!
Had been looking for a PCP for a few years now and Dr. Shah was an extremely fortunate find. Right from the beginning he was attentive and thorough, even to the point of asking me a few things based on my entrance paperwork that was not part of my visit. Never had a doctor do that before. He and his staff were all very pleasant to work with and the facility itself was nice. Great doctor and great place!

Dr. Shah and his staff are outstanding! Erin (front desk) and Ashley (nurse) are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Shah takes time to get to know his patients and works hard to get to the cause of complicated issues to get his patients the best possible care. I came to the practice after seeing how well Dr. Shah and his staff worked with a family member who has failing health. The compassion and care Dr. Shah exhibited was extraordinary and is sometimes hard to find these days.

The facility is brand new, warm and welcoming. There is also a Lab-Corp on the premises so it is very convenient if you need to have blood work done. The staff is great and Dr. Shah takes the time to explain everything.

Dr. Amar Shah has been mine and my daughter’s doctor for 12 years now! Dr. Shah is a kindred soul for sure very kind and works hard to get to the bottom of any situation that one is going through. He has saved me a few times now! I have had a list of health problems and he has always done all he can to make sure he gets to the bottom of them and what he can not do that is out of his area he will find the best doctor to send you to that can assist your needs. Doctor Shah an his hole staff are very friendly an will make you feel at home. I recommend this practice a 100%!!

I found this practice on Google. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was scheduled the same day which I really appreciated. If you are in need of a new primary care provider Dr. Shah is the one. The office is very large and very clean. Dr. Shah is professional and kind. They also have other offices/practices within the same building almost a one-stop shop, which people like myself can appreciate.
I’m a 76 year old African American male who has some chronic illnesses and I’ve been well taken care of by Dr. Shah. I’ve always been a leader and have difficulties taking direction, but he has been able to help me to relinquish that responsibility and take care of myself for the rest of my life. I will refer others whenever I have the opportunity to.

I moved from NY in 2006 and have been searching for a Family Practice Physician in which I felt comfortable with. Dr. Amar Shah is the best, he explains everything in detail, is easy to understand, and really cares about his patients health! The staff is wonderful and the facility is new, they even have a Labcorp on site.

Took my mother in law in today for a new patient visit. By far the friendliest physicians office I’ve seen. Met the whole staff. Dr. Dossie was very kind and thorough, my mother n law said she felt very welcome, also the doctor took her time in asking questions, as we were not rushed. Office is convenient to the Moseley, Chesterfield, Midlothian, area. First floor, right at main entrance. If looking for a new PCP I would urge you to stop in!

We absolutely adore Tammy Corsa! She has been our pediatrician since June of 2008! She has been pivotal in the care of my three children and their progress in healing from various diagnoses. We had 3 preemies, 2 of which required extensive long term care. Tammy has always been so thorough and nurturing. My children have grown up under her watchful care and she has never made us feel silly for any concern. She has talked me through some hardships and has helped me understand by answering all of my questions. I have never felt judged by her and she has always helped empower me in my choices for my family. With her compassion and easy-going nature, my 3 children have always felt comfortable with her. She has been such a trusted partner in the care of our kids and I couldn’t ask for a better Nurse Practitioner. I highly recommend her to care for your family as well.
