HEALOW DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Patients can access all of their families information using our HEALOW app.

This app can also be used to easily schedule appointments with VitalCare Family Practice, as well as keep track of your medicines and labs!

Download HEALOW for iOS:

1. Click Here to download the Healow app
2. Enter our practice code GCGCBD
3. Enter your portal username and password to log on (or if you do not have a portal account- ask our staff about signing up)
4. When prompted create a PIN so you will be able to access your records
