MEET RUCHI DIXIT, PA-C, MSPAS

Ruchi Dixit, PA-C, MSPAS, joined the VitalCare Family Practice team in 2025 as a Physician Assistant. Ruchi earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson-Broaddus University in West Virginia. With a commitment to providing clinical excellence to patients, Ruchi is a board-certified physician assistant by the NCCPA and is Qbtech certified to administer and analyze the QbTest for in-clinic ADHD testing. ADHD is a frequently overlooked medical condition that may significantly affect an individual’s daily life and may arise or recur at any age. Patients feel dismissed without receiving proper diagnoses and treatment plans.

Ruchi is passionate about ensuring that patients receive accurate diagnoses with objective testing and holistic treatment for ADHD and its associated comorbidities. She creates patient-centered treatment plans that may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, as well as mind-body therapies. She establishes a personalized sequential treatment process so that patients can overcome ADHD and its effects, allowing them to resume normal daily activities, regain confidence, and thrive. She finds being part of the patient journey both humbling and rewarding.

Besides staying up-to-date with innovative treatments for ADHD, Ruchi is married, watches Asian television dramas and the PBS television series Masterpiece Theatre and Mystery, and enjoys yoga, meditation, and visiting Williamsburg in the fall.
